Cost Reduction is only one of 6 generic strategies to maximize Value for your internal and external Customers. On most cost reduction projects, the low hanging fruit ideas are often exhausted so additional methods and a comprehensive look is needed to find the more difficult mid to high hanging fruit still on the trees that are not so visible.
